I think you should consider changing your chat support team. They don't know how to communicate properly with customers. I had only asked if the product was pure silk, and instead of helping, they kept showing me various websites and made negative remarks like, ‘Pure silk is good, but later the quality causes problems.’ Then they told me to shop from Meesho if I wanted good quality and asked me not to come back before blocking me. Later, I placed an order from a different number and received pure silk with very good quality. Your brand has great potential, but the attitude of your support team could hold it back
