Due to the intimate nature of lingerie we cannot accept exchange of panties,baby dolls, shapewears, maternity items or worn or washed garments. 1. My order has been shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?

Tracking information may not be activated for the first 24 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 24 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please check at or OR call our help line:011-41584509(Tuesday to Friday) and leave message.

2. What is your Exchange Policy?

Lovebird has put in place no-hassle procedures to ensure that you can buy from us in confidence and Exchange the item if it is defective/different from what you ordered. Exchange can be accepted within 7 working days from the date of receiving your parcel. Items can be accepted as Exchange only if it is been unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Exchange items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including: polyester bags, hang tags. Panties cannot be returned for exchanged due to the intimate nature of the garment. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. All returns are manually verified and then processed.Some items like Lingerie Sets, Baby Dolls, Panties and Shapewears are non-returnable to ensure no health hazards.

3. When checking on the status of my order I received an "In Process" message. What does that mean?

"In Process" means that your order is in the early stages of shipping. The status will be updated as soon as your order is shipped.

5. How can I use an Offer Code online?

Lovebird will run periodical offers only. Whenever there is an offer you can redeem the discount directly on the shopping page – where the discounts will be applied by default to your total invoice amount. For any other special offer – you will be sent a coupon code by email / sms and you can mention the same on the checkout page and avail your discount. 6. I received a gift voucher in an email. How can I use it?

Gift Voucher can be redeemed towards online purchases only. To use your Gift voucher you must shop online and mention the code in your voucher on the coupon code box which is on the checkout page. Your gift voucher is a onetime use voucher. And as you add items to your shopping bag, we'll deduct the voucher amount from the total invoice value. Voucher amount can be utilized in parts over multiple orders.

7. Why am I not able to log in to my account?

Please remember that usernames, email addresses and passwords are case sensitive. If you do not remember your password, our Password Reminder will send you a new password to your email address.
