Refunds and Cancellation Policy:
At Lovebird Lingerie, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to offer a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or cancel your order. To ensure your convenience, we have outlined our refunds and cancellation policy below:

Returns and Refunds:
Lovebird Lingerie offers a 5-day return, refund, or exchange policy from the date of the order.
To initiate a return, please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Refunds will be processed via Lovebird's Wallet upon receiving and inspecting the returned item at our warehouse. Please note that courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Certain items such as Sticking Silicons, Fancy Body Stockings,Extra Fancy Sets are categorized as non-returnable/non-exchangeable.


Exchanges: Size exchanges for the same product can be initiated within 5 days of receiving the shipment. This can be done through the My Orders section on our website. Please note that courier charges will apply for size exchanges. For bras, exchanges can only be made with other bras.
Note: If you choose to reject orders after they have been dispatched or refuse orders at your doorstep, you will incur a Rs.200 courier charge. This charge is imposed on you legally to cover the costs incurred by our company due to the inconvenience caused.


Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been shipped.
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team or chat online with your order details or simply use the cancel button to cancel it under My-Orders section.
