very rude behavior !

I believe your chat support team needs improvement. I had previously visited your Delhi store and had a good experience, so this time I decided to place an order online. I liked the scarves and asked the chat team about the quality, specifically if they were made of pure silk. When I mentioned that the fabric might not be as expected, I inquired whether an exchange would be possible. Instead of providing a helpful response, they told me the opposite and even suggested I shop on Meesho and not return here. This kind of attitude is disappointing.
