rude behavior !

Why are you so confident in your chat team when they don’t even speak to customers properly I simply asked if this would be my final order, whether the quality would be good, and if cash on delivery was available. But instead of helping, they rudely told me to go to Meesho and not come back. Despite that, I still went ahead and ordered 3 scarves because I really needed them. The quality is good, but I suggest you advise your chat team to treat customers with more respect and professionalism
