My parcel arrived much later !

I received my parcel, but it arrived late. I needed it urgently and request that next time, the delivery is made on time. The quality of the product is excellent, but the delivery service needs improvement. I'm based in Dubai, and the order took 5 days to arrive, whereas I needed it within 2 days.
